I'm sure someone else has thought of this, but man this might be one of the best idea's I've ever had lmao
All the components of regular Hainanese Chicken Rice just makes sense to put inside a burrito.
The flour tortillas I got are from El Machete, a vendor at The Hollywood Farmer's Market every Sunday.

I constructed my burrito in this order:
Flour Tortilla
Fragrant Rice
Fried Shallots + Fried Pork Lardons
Drizzle of Dark Soy Sauce
Tomatos
Cucumber
Bok Choy
Hainan Chicken
Wrap nice and tight, press on a pan over medium-low heat to crisp exterior
